When you use our services, we confirm the price of the service to you on the call. In addition, we will also read out to you the direct contact number for the service that you call. We recommend having a pen and paper to hand so that you can write this number down and contact them directly if required. Following the call, we will also send you a free text with the services direct telephone number on it.
When you call via Directory Network, you will be given the option to select whether or not you would like to record the call. There is no additional cost to record the call. Once your call ends, we will send you a free text message to the number that you called from if you have called from a mobile. The text message will include a link so that you can retrieve your call recording and store it for your own use. Recordings are held for 30 days, so if you require the recording for a longer period, we would recommend that you download the recording within 30 days.
If you are calling from a landline and wish to retrieve your call recording, you will need to use our contact form (above). Please tell us the telephone number you called from and an email address and we can send the call recording to you.
