If you need a passport urgently

Call the Passport Adviceline if either:

  • you need to travel urgently for medical treatment, or because a friend or family member is seriously ill or has died
  • you cannot go to your appointment to get a passport because you’re self-isolating or have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms

Use the Fast Track or Online Premium services if you need a passport urgently for any other reason.
