Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V., formerly Thuisbezorgd.nl, and Takeaway.com is an Anglo-Dutch dot-com company specialising in online food ordering and home delivery. Takeaway.com is an intermediary online portal between the customer and the restaurants, where customers can order food online from restaurants’ menus, and have it delivered by the restaurants directly to their home. Following clearance by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority on 22 April 2020, Takeaway.com merged with British food delivery service Just Eat, in February 2020.
